Domain Group Policy

I have recently moved the roles to a new DC to be the Primary Domain Controller using the FSMO. I checked whether users logins when the old server is discconnected and they are working fine. Client machines can obtain the IP addressed which are leased by the DHCp The server I moved the roles to is GC.

But when the old server is diconnected the Domain Group Policy objects fails to load. But when I hookup the old server they load.

Again the Exchange server fails to load the Information Store Service when the old server is off. But when its up its starts. A using windows 2003 Server as well as Exchange 2003
