Domain is not accessible

“Domain” is not accessible.
An invalid operations was attempted on an active network connection.

The above message happens when I go to browse the network through Network Neighborhood, when I double click on the domain name.

I am able to search and find computers on the network including the server, and I can map drives and such, just can’t get there through browsing.
