I had to install a new NIC card on a desktop
pc. Before the original card went bad, the pc would display a NT login screen immediately upon startup. Now the new card will only prompt for a login screen to log on to the server when I attempt to dial into the internet(standard dial up). Once I log in I have all of the network services. I check all of the properties on the netowrk and they are all correct. I am using a static IP address.
