Domain Resync Error

Are these two server BDC's or Member Servers? If they are Domain Controllers are they in a new domain or the old one? If you move Domain Controllers to a new domain, then you have to reinstall NT to join the new domain. Member Servers can join new domains without problems.

Also, check WINS if you're running it. You may have to delete and add them into WINS. If you're not using WINs, check your LMHOST file.

Good luck.

Thanks guys, I got the problem rectified. All I had to do was to remove the BDC's computer account and add it again as a BDC. The next step was to reboot the PC I wanted to assume the role of BDC and bring it back up into the domain. Once up I had to demote the BDC back to BDC status to get it synchronized with the PDC again.
