The default view in Network Neighborhood is the domain member machines in your domain. So, you open it and you see your domain’s computers.
To see other domains, double-click the Entire Network icon -> Microsoft Windows Network -> the domain name you set up the trust with.
Network Neighborhood does not show you all computers in BOTH domains at the same time. YOu just have to navigate to get there.

One other thought for you, is that after you have seen the contents of both domains, create a shortcut on the desktop of each. That way when you need to access a resource on a different domain, you don’t have to go through finding everything again.
