hello!how do i creat a dos boot disk ,one of your member said that when i click format the floppy disk there is a option that said creat a dos boot disk (in window2000)but i dont see anywhere .thnks

Open My Computer and right click the A: drive and click Format. In the Format window check Create an MS-DOS startup disk. Click Start

Are you looking for a MS-DOS boot disk or a startup disk for booting a system and installing W2K.
(based on your previous question)

I looked at both a W98 and XP system, and both have a check box on the floppy format screen to create a MS-DOS boot disk.

If what you need is a startup disk for W2K, there is a utility on the CD that creates the 3 disk floppy boot set.

Or, you should be able to set the system to boot from the CD.

For flashing your BIOS, just about any DOS boot disk will work.

Another way to create a DOS boot disk is to run the command
sys a:
with a blank formatted floppy in the drive.
This does not work on my XP box, but will work from any older Windows startup disk.
