    DOS BASED MODEMS

    Locked

    by smor27 ·

We have a system that comunicates to a server through net bios, to dial out. However if the server dies for what ever reason we still need a way to dial out or into the DOS based machine. Is there any dos based modem still in production?

Any external modem which connects to the serial port of a PC and which understands AT commands should be usable via Dos. There should be plenty of those around.
