Dos batch file

By kashmeir63 ·
Hi,

I'm wrote a dos batch file that will map a drive on the network to the clients computer from home. The drive requires a password. Is there a way I can enter a username and password in the script for the drive I'm trying to map. This is for a windows xp computer.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank 's in advance

NET USE {devicename | *} [password | *] /HOME

the character that looks like a vertical line is the pipe character which is shift backslash (above the enter key)
