dos extender

I have come across a problem of late that I have never seen in 15yrs,think I know the answer, but would like confermation,

Standerd Mode: Fault outside of MS-Dos Extender
EC=0000 CS03AF Ip=BCa5 AX=0387 BX=OD7c CX=4000 DX=14C4
SI=2400 DI=4C40=BP=0000 DS=0387 SS=027F SP=OfDA

I think this is pointing to a DUFF SDRAM BLOCK

No local techy seems to know on this 1 Am I right please.
