Dos network Boot Disk Error And Solution

How much 'low' RAM is free (try the MEM command) and how much does Ghost require?
Ghost has one of the lowest RAM requirements of the popular cloning tools, but still if demand and supply are close it might run into trouble further on in the process.

If indeed this is the cause, you'll have to dig into 10-year old books on DOS memory squeezing - with Loadhigh, Devicehigh etc. commands.
