Hello, I am trying to find out if anyone knows where I can get the utilities to install with DOS 4.0(if possible) to allow me to connect to a network share. I know this is dealing with old technology, but I am very curious to see how it works. I heard that win 3.11 came with some sort of networking tools.
So for example if my win98 machine crashes and I have an image file on a network share, if I boot up on a win 98 floppy, how can I get to the network share using dos utilities and restore my machine? Again, I know this is old technology, but I would like to see how it works.
