I have installed Squid in an internet cafe proxy server and applied necessary restrictions, one of them being restricting download size for a file (HTTP download). When client use a 3rd party download accelerator it can still download big files? is there any restriction to this? workstation is using win98 and proxy server is red hat v7.3. Thanks
