I downloaded the “free” program from this site to detect modem software & determine whether updates are needed (dd32v20.exe) but when it unzipped and tried to install, I get an error message that the file setup.ini is missing. Is this an error in the program, or do I just need to download again? We’re having a terrible time getting online (we’re in the “boonies,” so no broadband or road runner out here yet) and this is just one more frustration on top of others. Getting the file downloaded was a major triumph — discovering it’s unusable is a major downer! Thanks.
