Hi,

You're going to have to give us a little more information than that.

What are you running? How/When does it happen?

Is that the EXACT message? I've found references to popup.dll but not rupopup.dll !

Let us know...

Cheers,
Tim.

I would update my virus dat files and back up the drive! There is no record of that on Microsoft and on a internet search it does not show up. It could be a Microsoft error of some kind but they do not show it in the KB. Try the basics first, removeany new programs or hardware. Check your INI files and registry. It may be a file that hides itself as a cookie.

Hi,

I'm thinking your ATL.dll file is the incorrect version or has somehow been damaged.

Download this one - its at the very end of the page - and install it...

Dont forget to make a copy of the original, first, though!

Hope this helps,

Hi,

re: The download... its one of the last links on the page and says...

Here is the link directly to that download, though...

http://www.swapoo.com/atl.exe

I noticed you put a dot before the www in your attempt to get to the site in your comment? or was that a typo? Its usually best to copy and paste these links in, anyway...

Hope it helps,
Cheers,
Tim.

Hi... oh and I think I see the other problem in your link (unless its another typo). You got the last bit as ***.php instead of faq.php

To Copy and paste the link, do the following...
Select it using the mouse.
Type ctrl-C (this is the copy)
Got to your browser window.
Delete any link that might already be there in the address field.
Normally you'd now type in the link but instead
...Type ctrl-V (The paste)

Cheers,
Tim.
