I resently got a dedicated server with Sagonet for some webhosting I am doing. Once I got all the domains and so forth set up I noticed a strange issue which was my download speeds from the server were 5.0 KB – 7.4 KB per second however the upload speeds are around 90 KB – 100 KB A second. I’m actually clueless to what is causing this. Ive tried to get help from my ISP they have not helped very much. Sagonet claims the network is running good and that the server is downloading at 1.2 MB Sec from other sites so I don’t know what is wrong.
Everyone who lives in my town that has Road Runner claims they are having the same slow speeds downloading as did some other people with different ISP’s. Now I did a tracert and found this:

It seams to me the issue is at Node 11 (Lightspeed-IP) but my hosting company claims that 93 MS is alright for that so I was wanting to know if this is true or does it indicate an issue and could this be the reason my downloads suck from my server. I put up a test file and would like some feedback on how many other people out there are getting simular horrable download rates.
