Dr. Watson Problem

I have Windows NT running on my system. I am getting this Dr.Watson Message Popups (that too many) whenever I start and log onto the system. Gives me a Application Error with Explorer.exe

Can anyone help me with what to do. I am unable to work with so many wndows opened up
