I am hard on mice and forced to use this old serial mouse as my U.S.B. mouse gave up the ghost. This is an A4 Tech mouse FC ID:H8GAK77 model No: AK-77 It is my guess if I knew where to go, and what drivers to download would fix problem.?? Dave
