Drive Iamge 7 PQRE

By erho ·
PQRE does not see my external USB HDD where the image of my System has been created in WinXP. I have a Biostar P4M80-M4 motherboard.
Is there a fix to solve this problem?
Thank you.

Just to make sure you didn't miss a step, check the guide located at http://www.ntpcug.org/Reviews/PowerQuest_V2i_Protector_Review.html.

Was the drive formated FAT or NTFS?

The I have two SATA Disks formatted NTFS and arranged in a RAID-0 environment. During PQRE I hit F6 to load the VIA RAID Driver. When I get to selecting the Back-up device from which I want to restore, which is an external USB HDD, I don't see it. I can only see the Internal DVD, CD-ROM and the RAID-0 Drive. I believe the problem is with my BIOS, which does not detect USB Devices before it boots from CD (Drive Image 7 PQRE). But I'm looking for an answer to this problem.
