What is the "do" in ODBC "Driver do Microsoft Access" represent?

Ok, if the "do" means Database Object, then how do you think it differs from the other driver that is installed? Which one should I use?

I have two drivers installed:

1. Driver do Microsoft Access(*.mdb)
2. Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)
