Drivers AIC-7890 SCSI

Hi,
I am installing NT server 4.0 with no success at all. I have two HD SEAGATE ST39175LW Adaptec AIC-7890.

I have the right drivers. But, when the system reboots after doing the installation. It says that it can’t load the OS.

Any suggestions, please?
