i have a USB mass storage that is connected to my machine which is running WinXP (legal version) but it is not being displayed under ‘my computer’. I have tried assigning a drive letter to it but still it is not being detected.
When installing the drivers, I forgot to input registration details and I think this might have something to do with it. I can see the drive when on disk management but I can’t access it. What do you think I need to do to counter this?
