I am begging for some help! I have a 3com superstack with a PRI access unit. My telecom team told me we could hook the PRI Access unit to a DS1 card and configure the card for the modem pool. Now after the purchase of the Modem pool they can’t seem to get the configuration down. 3com’s ISDN provisioning unit was disolved and now 3com is telling me they don’t know how to do this, but don’t think it can be done. So I am on my own to find a solution without incurring any more costs. My hope is that someone out there has a similar setup and can help me out. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
