dsadd contact

Hi everyone. I need a little assistance with the dsadd contact command. I have an .xls with a cleaned up csvde dump from a parent company domain A.com, and want to import those users as contacts into the subsidiary company domain B.com.

I’ve been able to successfully import via the command line individual contacts, but am not about to do that 400 plus times. Any assistance with dsadd contact using a batch file to read the .xls file would be GREATY appreciated.
