Dual Boot bogus choice

I have dual boot Windows 95 and windows 2000. I had to re-install windows 2000 but it added another windows 2000 choice in the dual boot selection screen and the old windows 2000 is still there. So I have 2 windows 2000 choices and only the most recend one works. How do I get rid of the old non-functional windows 2000 choice?
