Dual Boot Win2000 and Win 98

I have two hard drives-first has Win 98se loaded, I loaded Win2000 Pro on the second, clean install, no problems,and made it master. Checked manufacturers-jumpers are set correctly. Updated the bios. Both hard drives show up in bios, however, whenWin 2000 boots, there is no option given which OS to boot to. In 2000 Explorer, only partitions of master hard drive are showing. I have not booted to Win 98-requires a physical change of hard drives, so I don’t know if both drives are showing here or not. I have a Pentium 4, 1.7Mhz Gateway, 512MB Ram. 1st HD, IBM Deskstar 75G, second Western Digital 120G. Any Advice? Please simplify-I am not a newbie, but also am not seasoned.
