A user has a dual boot windows 2000 and redhat linux PC. The windows side was hit by a trojan and it doesn’t look like it can be removed. The only other option is to reinstall windows 2000/XP. Since he doesn’t want to loose the linux side and it’s files – is there a way to reinstall windows without affecting the linux boot and files.
