I have installed Win98 (using a 2GB FAT) and then WinNT (using a 3GB NTFS). I have about 5 GB left on the drive I want to format into a single partition that both OSs can read. Can this be done without purchasing software?
I seem to be running into the 8GB limit when I use NT Disk Administrator, and I am afraid that FDISK won’t see the NTFS partition and will put the new FAT partition on top of my NTFS partition. Or am I misunderstanding how FDISK sees NTFS partitions? Thanks!
