Dual Boot

By wychwar ·
Have used Greg Schultz's "Create a Windows XP and 7 dual-boot system staged for an easy migration" instructions to install Windows 7 on the second partition "D" of my main HDD. It appears to be fully installed on the "D" drive but I cannot get the Windows Boot Manager to add it to the XP and Ubuntu options that already show on the Boot manager screen. Any suggestions.

Is that what is running as a Boot Manager?

If it is you'll need to edit it to add the XP/7? option. Anyway this may be useful

Or if you need to edit the 7 Boot Loader try this

Windows boot manager cannot boot non-Windows OS.

Get the Ubuntu CD back in and repair the boot manager (Grub or whatever Ubuntu is using these days.) From there, you choose Ubuntu, Windows, or Windows.
