Dual Booting WIndows XP and Windows 7

I have a computer which is running Windows XP. I was running Windows 7 on a different Hard Drive on this computer previously. I'd like to set this computer up with both Windows XP and Windows 7 with a dual boot. I'm having a bit of trouble doing this, please help. :)

if you have windows 7 pro you can install windows xp mode and run xp virtually i use it at work, its great
