Dual Display in Windows XP

Hi, I have a simipar problem as the Question of 5/31/02. I am running 2 Display cards and 2 Monitors. GeForce2 MX 400 64MB AGP and Expert colour 2MB PCI with Mecer 17″ and 15″ Monitors.
The PC see both display cards but can’t satrt the 2MB card (Code 10 Error). This is if I Boot with AGP as primary. 17″ pluged in to AGP. 15″ pluged in to PCI screen stays black. If I change the bios to boot from VGA then the 15″ starts with boot sequince. As soon as the desktop appear the 17″ switch on and the 15″ go black again. What is the problem? I have followed all the instructions in the Win XP help but it still does not work. I want to have 2 different displays on each monitor,(work on 17″ TV on 15″).
