Dual DVI Graphics

By bob ·
I am wanting to use two DVI, analog LCD monitors on the same machine.
I have found dual DVI graphics cards, but they, mostly, don't come with the TV-Out and other extras, and the ones that do are out of my price-range.
Is there a device to enable the use of an upper range AGP 8x single DVI graphics card to send to two monitors? A splitter or something?
If so, does this take away from the quality of the viewing, and if so, how much is it reduced?
If such a device does exist, where does one find one, and how much do they usually cost?

You can goto www.newegg.com

Go through their video cards, agp 8x...

Many of them support both regular monitor out / dv out outputs for dual screens attached to a system. Lowest one will cost you around 80... prices vary from 80-500 USD.

They come with a standard SVGA port and DVI port. But also check the description as most come with the adapters. The radeon 9600 series come with these for around 130.

Good luck.

Thanks for your efforts, but I am aware of many online computer sales.
The only adapter that is represented at newegg is the same as those at dealsonic, tiger, CSO, zipzoomfly, directron, etc..
They all have adapters to change DVI to VGA. There are no references that I could find that splits DVI into two ports to enable the use of dual monitors.
Again, thanks for your efforts.
I broke down and dug a little deeper into the ole pockets and purchased a dual DVI AGP 8X 256 DDR FX 5600.
