Dual Network Configuration

I have home networking system and business networking system. I want to be able to configuration my laptop to run on both home and business networking system. Both networking system is running peer to peer, but they have different workgroup name. Home has 3 computers network connection and Business has 10 computers network connection.
I want to setup a dual networking configuration on my laptop. How can I do it?
