Dual Network Configuration

I have home networking system and business networking system. I want to be able to configuration my laptop to run on both home and business networking system. Both networking system is running peer to peer, but they have different workgroup name. Home has 3 computers network connection and Business has 10 computers network connection.
I want to setup a dual networking configuration on my laptop. How can I do it?

best and easies option is to download and install NetSwitcher software.

http://www.netswitcher.com/downloads.htm

Cost is $14 / license and it will allow you to pre-configure your system for as many networks as you like. Then on boot, you choose which one you are connected to and you are in.

I downloaded Netswitcher and it was so easy to implement it on all workstation unit.

I have not used Netswitcher, although Anna is a great proponent of it.
This is what hardware profiles are designed for...Go to System Prop, Hardware, click on Hardware profiles, and copy the existing one. Set your system to prompt you for a profileat startup. Restart your system and select the new profile, and configure it (hardware and connection) as you need for your second LAN.

I was not able to do it on Windows XP Pro workstation.

If I understsnd you right both net works are running peer to peer, so why don't you change your home network to the same workgroup name as the one at work. It seems that would be the easiest solution, if that's not acceptable setting up a different profile as mentioned in previous answer is probably the next easiest.

This is not a good setup for my client, because one site the drive mapping are different in other site. So when you are on one site you will get error message that it cannot connect to mapped drive.
