Dual Network on XP Laptop

I just purchased a XP Professional laptop and need to be able to connect it to my home network (workgroup) and to my work network (Win2k domain). How can I setup the laptop so I don’t have change the IP address (home is static, work is DHCP) when Ichange locations?
I tried using Hardware Profiles but that didn’t seem to work, so what am I doing wrong?
