Dual port joystick game adapter

By jan.dahl ·
I've just bought a dual port joystick game adapter for my kids PC (Dell Optiplex GX1). The adapter is from Identity Systems Technology Inc.
My problem is that I can't make the PC find the new card. There was no manual with the card (although the box says the opposite...) so I don't know if I've missed some step somewhere. I thought it was just to let the PC find it.
I've done an "update" within Device Manager but there doesn't seem to be any changes, no new device found what I can see.
What do I do now, how do I proceed? I'd appreciate if someone could help as my kids are on me all the time!!

Try looking on the manufacturers website for any support.

You could try to manually install the device (by specifying device type and location of drivers). But if the OS doesn't automatically recognize the hardware (which means the OS doesn't include any drivers for the device) and you didn't receive any software (drivers, documentation) with the device, and the website is of no help, you are probably out of luck.

I tried to find the manufacturers website (Identity Systems Technology Inc.) but haven't been able to locate it.
