Dual/ Quad processor?

I recently purchased an application server for my business. It was a Raid 5 Dual Xeon 1.8 MHZ Rackmount server. When I go to my the task manger and view the performance monitor it shows that I have Quad processors and not Dual. All four are showing different CPU usage but I know its only two CPU’s in the server. I opened it up and sure enought it was just two processors. Is there anything out of obvious that is wrong with why it is displaying Quad processors. It is running Windows 2000 Server.
