Im trying to use three monitors on my system, but I cannot get system to use both cards at the same time. I have changed the setting in my BIOS back and forth from “on board” (which I dont have) to auto, and when I do that it will switch back and forth between the cards (PCI-E and PCI), but never use both at the same time. The device manager will always tell me either of the two cards could not be started, code 43, depending on what I pick in the BIOS. This is driving me nuts!!! Someone please help!!!
My system is a Dell Optiplex 755 (Vista Ultimate 32bit)
The cards I am using are a Radeon HD 2400 XT (PCI-E) and an NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200 (PCI). I have both of the drivers installed, and they work great separately, just not together. Maybe it is an IRQ conflict? If it is, can someone tell me how to fix that?
