We have a user who gets a copy of every new appointment he creates in his Calendar. For example, he single clicks on a time slot, enters some details and as soon as he clicks outside the entry an identical copy of the appointment appears. He is not inviting any one (I thought he might be inviting himself). The problem appeared out of the blue and no other users on the XCH server are affected. Technet lists a duplication fault related to the version of OUTLIB.DLL. It does not appear to be the cause in this case. Any ideas?
