Duplicate contact addresses in Outlook

Over time our users, who use pop3 service to collect their emails etc have imported updated contact lists into their OUTLOOK. Is there a quick fix that they, as a user or I as an admin do to delete duplicate entries? Each users conatct list is different so we can’t give them a unified list.
