I have a typical scenario with my outlook. I am using multiple accounts(id1, id2, ….) in my outlook and I have multiple rules to route emails to different folders. Here are the two rules I have, Rule1:All messages sent to id1 should be sent to folder1 and Rule2:All messages sent to id2 should be sent to folder2. Now if “X” person sends an email to id1 and id2 together, I am getting 2 copies each in both the folders, so help me resolve this.
