My local PC does not see my DVD drive and has an exclamation point on it while in Device Manager. Now I’ve tried everything from uninstalling the device and reinstalling it. I’ve checked all of the cables etc.. I didn’t try the drive in another pc because it’s a SATA drive and my local PC is the only PC in the office that will accept such a connection.
Does anyone have any ideas of what to try next regarding my situation?
