Hi there,
When I insert disks into dvd drive I do not get usual windows prompt asking what I would like to do etc. In windows explorer I can see the drive & disk but all the files & folders display as being not recognised with a windows interet explorer ‘e’. The only way I get windows to recognise the files is by copying them to hard disk. I have updated drivers & troubleshoot but come up with no errors. System is running XP home. Can anyone please help?
