My DVD drive recently stopped recognizing DVDs. It worked about a week ago but I downloaded a program to burn DVDs that didn’t work so I uninstalled and since then it hasn’t worked. It will read a music CD though. I tried uninstalling the drive and reinstalling and it didn’t work. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what I can do. I use my computer to watch DVDs all the time and this is really stressful. Thanks!
