I am running PII-400, 128Mb RAM, 8MB on board video with 10GB HD. I have a Afreey 10X DVD player running WinDVD software. When I start to play the DVD, it freezes the entire computer with the exception of the mouse (cannot open or close windows)after 15 minutes of playing or freezes the computer when DVD disk is inserted to play. What would cause this problem? DVD player itself possibly bad? DVD player is on secondary controller as master. I have reset the refresh rate of the video to optimal.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
