I’ve been burning CDs with no problem (once finalized) but now when I burn DVD-R disks, they work on some computers and not others. I’m in the business of backing up people’s photos to DVD for archive purposes and now I don’t feel confident when I’m handing out DVD disks that everyone will be able to use what they’ve paid for and I’ve created. Is there some trick to making this process of backing up photos on a DVD reliable for anyone/everyone – PC users as well as MAC users? I’ve been burning them by simply placing the DVD in the burner drive and then dragging the wanted files over to the DVD – burning and finalizing.
