Hi, I’ve a Dell Dimension 4600. The playback quality of all DVDs that I play is poor. Playback of these DVDs on another system is fine so the DVDs are not the problem.
WMP11,WMP10, WMP6, Real Player, Dell Media Experience all play with distorted colour – it looks as though the number of colours output is reduced – like 256 colours.
Strange thing is that DVDs play perfectly with an evaluation version of Cucusoft Ultimate DVD converter that I installed. Could this be a DVD decoder problem? Is there a way to solve this?
Any help is greatly apreciated.
