I’ve inherited an HP OmniBook XE3 GC, Win 98 SE. Diagnostics tell me I have a Toshiba DVD/ROM drive. Plays CDs fine, doesn’t recognize or play DVDs (but I can see the video files on the disc). Canb anyone direct me to the DVD player software?
