I have a Dell Inspiron 640m with a SONY DVD+-RW DW-Q58A drive. When I try to play DVD’s I get a message about having the wrong region. When I try changing the region it get a message saying it’s the wrong region and I only have 5 changes left. If a driver update is the issue, I haven’t been able to find a driver update on Dell’s support site.
