After upgrading from Win98SE to Win2K I can not play DVD’s anymore. I have a decoder problem. I have a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-M1202 dvd. I receive a decoder error when I attempt to play a dvd. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
