I had a staff member get an error for a DWHWIZARD that was running an instruction that referenced its own memory location - an infinite loop that causes a program to be terminated. i was wondering what program causes this error and if there are any fixes to it?

Norton Antivirus has become corrupted. You need to uninstall and re-install. Have you had a virus? That may have caused the corruption.
Just in Case, uninstall Norton, download and run Stinger at:
It's the competion, but a great free tool.
Then re-install Norton, update and run Full Scan.

PS Be sure to turn off "System Restore" first and then tun it back on when the coast is clear.
