(OS: WinXP)
Need some help on this one… Apparently it doesn’t happen very often.
My friend is trying to run a game, which gives him a directx error. This is all well and good – I can normally fix those errors, but only if I can use the dxdiag tool, which apparently doesn’t exist at all on his computer. I’ve checked, and directx is installed – I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it myself, but to no avail. What can I do here?
